ADJOY DOMICILIARY CARE / HOMECARE
Adjoy Healthcare Group is committed to ensuring we deliver exceptional care services to our clients by putting in place a system for verifying and maintaining a desired level of quality in our services. We have achieved this by careful planning, continued inspection, and quality maintenance management tools such as auditing, survey and corrective action required to uphold the best quality assurance.
OUR VALUES:
Respect:
In order to uphold the dignity of our service users, our care professionals are trained to unconditionally respect individual differences across all levels of our service users. We recognise that our clients can come from different cultures, races, religions. They might also hold different political beliefs, and have different sexual orientations, or living with various disabilities. All our clients must be treated to recognise their difference and uphold their dignity.
Equality and Inclusion:
Our organisational values show no tolerance for any form of discrimination. We offer equal treatment across all levels of our clients irrespective of their age, gender, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation.
Independence and Choice:
We support the independence amongst our service users by working with them and not just for them. We achieve this by strictly allowing our clients, their loved ones, or advocates to develop their care plans in line with how they wish to be cared for. We support the unchallenged rights of our service users to choose the way they want to be cared for, unless there is a need for a “best interest decision” to safeguard a service user or those providing care.
WORKING WITH YOUR CARE PLAN
We work comprehensively with your care plan as our care compass to provide you with a “holistic person-centred care” the way you have stated in your plan.
All through the way, you would be carried along, should there be any changes in your care plan to improve or update the care you are receiving.

LIVE-IN-CARE:
Our live-in-care is especially designed for clients who require support and services all through the days and nights. One of the major considerations in live in care is to provide our clients with safeguarding, comfort, companionship, and emergency whilst living at their own homes instead of a Residential Care Home. In a nutshell, this concept defines the philosophy of “Home Sweet Home” as you are surrounded by family and loved ones.
As we get older, we are faced with different conditions like frailty, illness, or injury which might limit our ability to complete our daily chores and routine, hence we require full time assistance and care to move on.
At Adjoy Healthcare, we choose a live-in-carer by matching the interpersonal skills, and characters of our Healthcare Assistants to the preferences, and profile of our live-in client. This is to promote the safety at home, well-being, lifestyle, and comfort of our clients.
Meanwhile, let us briefly compare the differences between live-in-care and living in a residential care home.
LIVE IN CARE | RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME |
Staying in the comfort of your own home with all time access to family visits. | Staying in a home with many other service users, with limited access to family visits |
You enjoy the right to choose your food and time of meals. | Most of the choices are institutionally managed, including food and time of meals |
Clients enjoy One-to-One care round the clock by a caregiver who is conversant with routines | Care is supported by different carers as the shifts changes, and sometime by agency staff who have limited knowledge of your care plan |
Live in care promotes the continuity of your lifestyle, hobbies, and social life | There is no assurance to your lifestyle, hobbies, and social life |
A care Assistant is always there to provide you any form of support or assistance | Sometimes staffing shortage will mean a delay to attend to your needs |
ELDERLY / ADULTS CARE
Is it becoming difficult to handle normal daily activities, household chores, managing medications, toileting, showering, taking a bath, or dressing?
Have you or your loved one been diagnosed with a medical condition like Dementia / Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s Disease, or illness and injury which will slow you down?
Or have you been recently discharged from the hospital, and you require continuing care at home?
Adjoy Group can come in to sit with you, your family, or your advocate to understand your situation, your choices, your preferences, or hobbies. After which we shall assess the profile of our carers to determine the best match to suit your care needs. Obviously, we put you at the centre of the process to develop and update your care plan, and how you would want your care to be delivered. All these measures are aimed at personalising your support and giving you more choice, and control over your environment, and the most suitable staff to deliver the care you deserve.
Our team of Care Assistants will offer the following services:

LEARNING DISABILITIES / AUTISM SUPPORT
People with learning disabilities are more prone to a wide range of other physical and mental health problems. As a result, identifying the specific care and support needs of each person requires a professional tailored approach. This is because they may take longer to learn and may need support to develop new skills, understand complicated information and communicate.
It has been identified that people with autism could also have learning disabilities. In addition, around 30% of people with epilepsy have a learning disability as do many people with cerebral palsy.
Since 2018 Adjoy Healthcare group has gained significant knowledge, and experience providing support for people living with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).
We have been recruiting, training, and engaging compassionate caregivers to care for people living with various forms of Learning Disabilities. We have worked and still work with organisations like Learning Disabilities Network London, Person-Centred Care homes Enfield, other private clients to provide everyday support for our service users living with mild to severe learning disabilities. We can create a flexible and proactive care service designed to support people in a way that best suits their conditions and level of disability.
Adjoy carers will provide services such as Personal Care, Dressing, Companion Care, accompanying to day centres, escorting for a walk on the street or parks, accompanying to social events, or hospital appointments. We also provide cooking, feeding, and cleaning support to make everyday a comfortable day for our service users.
DEMENTIA / ALZHEIMER’S
We provide a holistic person-centred care tailored to the care plan of your loved ones to make their everyday life easier and comfortable. Essentially, we ensure that the support we provide helps to uphold a high standard of independence, respect, privacy, and dignity for your loved ones.
Our caregivers are experienced, compassionate, and understand the daily discomfort that progressive neurological illnesses like dementia can bring. That’s why our approach to providing quality care involves constant training, education, and rigorous compliance to ensure our staff provide the best quality standard of support.
If you have a loved one living with dementia, you’ll understand that it can often be a difficult or distressing situation. Caring for a person with dementia can therefore be a challenging and highly emotional task, especially for a family member acting as a carer.
Nonetheless, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) is certain that employing the services of a reputable care agency like Adjoy Healthcare can significantly contribute to maintaining independence, reducing isolation, providing safeguarding, preventing abuses, and preventing hospital and care home admissions. Hence, Adjoy Healthcare is reliable, competent, and well-led to provide an exclusive domiciliary care package for you or your loved one living with dementia.
